No need to search and travel to market places, vintage shops or boutiques. Nordisk Home does all the scavenging, bartering and traveling to acquire these products.

Nordisk Home was born from an unexpected journey.
In 1996, I traveled to Stockholm, Sweden, knowing little more than Absolut Vodka and IKEA. What was meant to be a six month stay became eight life changing years. I learned Swedish, completed university, met my husband, became a citizen, and began my career in marketing.
But more importantly, I fell in love with the people, the culture, and the everyday beauty of Scandinavian life.
Over the years, I began collecting meaningful pieces from iconic Nordic brands. Each object reflected the values I had come to love: quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and effortless beauty.
