Thank you for your purchase from Nordisk Home. We strive to provide high-quality new and preloved products. Please note that pre-loved items are not new and have been previously used. As such, they may show signs of wear, including fading or patina, scratches, and small stains due to age and prior use. We make every effort to accurately represent each item's condition through detailed photos and descriptions, but minor imperfections may still be present.

No Refunds or Exchanges
Our shop features pre-loved, vintage, and deadstock Scandinavian design. Naturally, these items may show signs of age and character—tiny scratches, a touch of wear, or a beautiful patina.
Because of the unique nature of each piece, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Every item is sold as-is, but rest assured, we carefully check and describe each piece so there are no surprises. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases made through our website.
Exceptions
The only exception to this policy is for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a detailed description and photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
