Shipping policy

Effective Date: August 10, 2025

At Nordisk Home, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Each item is carefully packed to protect its quality—whether brand-new or pre-loved—so it reaches you just as we described.


*Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders over $200 before tax. These orders can only be delivered for free in Ontario. The max shipping fee that will be covered is $35. If the shipping fee exceeds this amount, the customer will be responsible for paying the remaining amount. 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

  • Pre-loved items may require additional packing time to ensure safe delivery.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and size of the order.

  • We currently only ship within Canada.

  • Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

    •  3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand.


Carriers We Use

We work with reliable carriers such as GLS, Canpar, Purolater, DHL, UPS, and FedEx, and choose the best option based on your location and the item’s size/weight.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Packaging & Sustainability

We strive to use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible, including recycled boxes, paper wrap, and biodegradable padding. Pre-loved items may be shipped in reused but clean packaging to reduce waste.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large or oversized items.

  • Some fragile or oversized products may have in-store pickup only or Canada-only delivery options due to shipping limitations.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt (or the expected delivery date for lost packages) with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
